Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeepBlocker platform, websites, dashboards, mobile applications and APIs (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by GetInference Limited, a company registered in Jersey, Channel Islands, with its registered office at Hawk House, 22 Esplanade, St. Helier, JE1 1BR, Jersey ("DeepBlocker", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.
1. Definitions
- Customer Data means any audio, text, contact lists, configuration and other content you submit to the Services, and the results derived from it.
- Detection means our analysis of call audio to produce a synthetic-voice score and a three-band verdict (real, uncertain or fake).
- Simulation means the controlled, authorised vishing (voice-phishing) exercises you design or we deliver, including any use of synthetic or cloned voices for testing.
- Protection means the live call-screening assistants that answer, verify and route inbound calls on your behalf.
- Credits means the prepaid units consumed by usage of the Services, including per-minute voice usage.
2. The Services
The Services may include, depending on your plan:
- Detection API and model licensing: programmatic deepfake-voice screening, optionally trained on your own data.
- Vishing simulation (offensive testing): self-service or managed campaigns that test how your people and processes respond to voice-based social engineering, including AI-generated voices.
- Real-time protection (defensive screening): assistants that screen inbound calls and only connect callers who pass voice and context checks.
- Managed assessments: advisory engagements that map exposure, score controls and produce a remediation plan.
We may improve, change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@deepblocker.ai of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable use and authorisation
The Services include powerful capabilities, including synthetic-voice generation for testing. You agree to use them lawfully and only as permitted here. You must not, and must not permit anyone to:
- run a Simulation against any person, number, organisation or system unless you own it or hold prior written authorisation to test it, and have a lawful basis to do so;
- use synthetic or cloned voices to deceive, defraud, harass, impersonate or obtain money, credentials or data from any third party outside an authorised test;
- breach any applicable law, including telecommunications, anti-fraud, interception, call-recording, consumer-protection and data-protection law in every relevant jurisdiction;
- record or analyse calls without making any legally required disclosures or obtaining any required consents;
- target emergency services, critical national infrastructure, vulnerable individuals, or use the Services for surveillance of people without a lawful basis;
- reverse engineer, resell, or attempt to extract our models, or use the Services to build a competing product;
- upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Services, or exceed documented rate limits.
You are solely responsible for the scope, targets, rules of engagement and legality of any Simulation you run. We may suspend activity we reasonably believe breaches this section.
5. Your responsibilities as controller
For Customer Data you submit and campaigns you run, you act as the data controller and we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Notice and, where applicable, a separate Data Processing Agreement. You are responsible for the lawful basis, notices and consents required for your use of the Services.
6. Credits, fees and billing
- Paid plans, Credits and per-minute usage are billed as described at the point of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance; usage and top-ups are drawn from your Credit balance.
- Credits and top-ups may expire at the end of the billing cycle as shown at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing on reasonable notice, effective from your next billing cycle. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
- Late or failed payment may lead to suspension of paid features.
7. How Detection works, and its limits
Detection is probabilistic. It produces scores and verdicts to support human decisions; it does not guarantee that any voice is genuine or synthetic, and it is not a substitute for your own verification, authorisation and fraud controls. The Services are not an emergency service and must not be relied on where failure could lead to death, personal injury or significant loss. You remain responsible for decisions made using the Services.
8. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services, including the platform, models, software and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription. You retain all rights in your Customer Data. You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data to provide, secure and improve the Services, and, where you opt in, to train models for your benefit. We may use aggregated and de-identified data that does not identify you to improve the Services.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties (for example telephony, speech and cloud providers). Their availability is outside our control and their own terms may apply. We are not liable for third-party acts or outages.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information disclosed in connection with the Services and use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Detection will identify every threat.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your Customer Data, your campaigns, or your breach of these Terms, including any Simulation run without proper authorisation.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk, or misuse. On termination your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive. We will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. The courts of Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have in your place of residence.
